MyPortal is where students can handle or raise any new enquiries or manage existing
enquiries regarding their studies and student record.

Please note: Only current students with an active UEL IT Account have access
to MyPortal.

For applicant enquiries, please either contact 0208 223 3333 or visit uel.ac.uk and
click the green live chat icon located in the lower left corner of the page.

If you are a former student and no longer have a UEL account, please contact the
Student Live Helpdesk via slhd@uel.ac.uk.
